Repair steps:
1. Mold processing: making standard folio molds
2. Surface treatment: oil removal, grinding and cleaning to ensure that the surface is clean, dry and strong.
3. Harmonizing materials: the ratio is accurate and the reconciliation is uniform.
4. Application material: ensure bonding, filling and thickness.
5. Installation mold: brush release agent, install and fix to ensure that excess material is extruded.
6. Demoulding: After curing, remove the mold to clean up the excess material. The material cannot be knocked, and can be removed by tools such as grinders and files to meet the installation requirements.
7. Repair of corrosion and erosion of water ring vacuum pumps The forms of metal corrosion can be divided into two categories: comprehensive (uniform) corrosion and local corrosion. The former occurs more evenly on the entire surface of the equipment than the corrosion and wear repair of the pump cavity of the water ring vacuum pump, and the latter only occurs locally. Such as porosity, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, corrosion fatigue, hydrogen corrosion cracking, wear corrosion, delamination corrosion, etc.
