1. Wear repair of bearing drill bit of water ring compressor unit

Water ring compressor recovery stage:
(1) Mold processing: production standard open mold
(2) Surface treatment: remove, polish and clean grease to ensure that the surface is clean, dry and strong.
(3) Adjustment material: correct proportion, adjustment and uniformity.
(4) Coating material: ensure bonding, filling and thickness.
(5) Mold installation: brush the release device, install and fix it, so that unnecessary materials protrude.
(6) Demoulding: Disassemble the mold after curing, remove unnecessary materials, the materials cannot be beaten, and can be removed by polishing machine, documents, etc., to meet the installation requirements.
(7) Corrosion and erosion of water ring compressor units to repair metals. The corrosion forms can be divided into two categories: pre- (uniform) corrosion and localized corrosion.
