What is the working principle of water ring compressor?

Mainly used for air compressors is to adjust the stop state of the air compressor, adjust the pressure of the air tank to make the air compressor stop resting, and maintain the machine. During commissioning in the air compressor factory, the specified pressure is adjusted according to customer requirements and the differential pressure is set. For example, the compressor starts to run and injects air into the air tank. When the pressure reaches 10 kg, the air compressor stops or unloads.

The motor directly drives the water ring compressor to make the crankshaft rotate and drive the connecting rod to make the piston reciprocate, causing the cylinder volume to change. Due to the pressure change inside the cylinder, the air flows into the cylinder through the intake valve through the air filter (muffler), and the cylinder volume decreases during the compression stroke. Therefore, the compressed air works through the exhaust valve and enters the gas tank through the exhaust pipe and one-way valve (check valve). When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7MPa, the pressure switch will automatically stop. When the gas tank pressure drops to 0.5 - 0.6MPa, the pressure switch will automatically connect.
