The main features of the water ring vacuum pump and compressor produced by our company are as follows:

All bearings are imported from NSK or NTN, which ensures the precise positioning of the impeller of the 2BE1 vacuum pump and high stability during operation.

The impeller materials are all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, which fully guarantees the stability of the 2BE1 vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions, and greatly improves the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.

The pump body is all made of steel plate, which improves the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.

The bushing of 2BE1 vacuum pump is the most easily damaged part. The company is all made of high-chromium stainless steel, which is 5 times longer than that of ordinary materials.

The pulley (belt drive) adopts the standard high-precision cone sleeve pulley, which has reliable operation, long belt life and convenient disassembly.
