Gibraltar 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump and compressor
Product Description
2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump/compressor can pump up to 22000m3/h, and the low suction pressure can reach below 33 mbar A. When used as a compressor, its outlet pressure can reach 0.35MPa.G.
Optimized design to ensure operational reliability
Humanized design, you can choose top exhaust or horizontal exhaust for easy installation.
With only one rotating part (rotor part) and no direct friction between metals, the 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump, the compressor flat disc design, avoids wear, even after years of continuous operation.

■ Unique design, 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are designed with flexible exhaust valves to achieve excellent efficiency.
■ The design of the flexible exhaust valve avoids over-compression and under-compression in vacuum applications, and reduces energy consumption by automatically adjusting the exhaust area to achieve better operating efficiency. The flexible PTFE valve plate covers the exhaust hole on the outside of the flat disc and is positioned by a stainless steel baffle on the other side. This valve plate changes its bending with the change of inlet pressure, so that the pumping medium can be discharged out of the pump when the outlet pressure is reached.
■ 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump and compressor models are complete, and the suction capacity can reach 22000m3/h.
■ According to the installation conditions of the working condition site, top exhaust or horizontal exhaust can be selected for easy installation and design.
■ Diversified material selection of pumps, including 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, titanium, as well as polyisoprene rubber (NR) lining, SEBF spraying, penetrating Hastelloy, etc.
Pumps are available in a variety of options, such as:
■ Pump head
■ The whole pump, including suction communication pipe, steam-water separator and liquid pipeline fittings.
■ Vacuum pump unit, including motor and base.
■ Complete sets of units, including auxiliary equipment required for all closed-loop systems.
■ Two-stage or multi-stage vacuum system when the inlet pressure is lower than 33mbar (absolute pressure)
