JZJ2B series Roots water ring unit is an air pumping unit composed of ZJY type Roots pump as the main shaft pump, 2BV/2BE1 series water ring pump or Roots-water ring unit as the front stage pump. In addition to being used to pump general gases, it can also pump gases containing moisture, organic solvents or a small amount of dust. Compared with general mechanical vacuum pumps, it is not afraid of oil pollution, water vapor and fine dust. Compared with general water ring vacuum pumps, it has the characteristics of high vacuum degree and large pumping speed under high vacuum degree conditions.

Because the JZJ2B series vacuum unit adopts the high-efficiency and energy-saving 2BV series water ring pump as the front-stage pump, the JZJ2B series vacuum unit has the advantages of high efficiency, compact structure and no leakage compared with the JZJ2S series (the 2BV pump is a mechanical seal design, which is different from the 2SK series). Packing seal), corrosion resistance (2BV adopts stainless steel or aluminum bronze impeller), and high protection level.

The Roots vacuum pump adopts the ZJY series Roots vacuum pump developed by the company. The company adopts lip seal or mechanical seal for the sealing of the pump cavity and the bearing cavity, which can achieve zero leakage of the medium. The pump oil does not emulsify during the process of removing a large amount of water vapor and various solvents.

Note:

1. The above table is the recommended standard series. Due to different working conditions in actual production and application, the inhalation gas and pressure will change a lot. Therefore, the selection should be based on the actual pumping process, gas release process, condensable gas condensation situation, The time change of suction pressure, etc. is checked and calculated or selected with reference to the use of existing equipment.

2. For the technical indicators of a single pump, please refer to the parameter table of each pump.

3. The maximum suction pressure refers to the highest pressure that the main pump can start. If it runs for a long time above this pressure, it will cause the main pump to be overloaded.

4. If the vacuum pump motor, electric contact vacuum meter and electric control cabinet need explosion-proof, please indicate when ordering, the 2BV2 series in the above table is correspondingly changed to 2BV2-Ex series, and the 2BV5 series is correspondingly changed to 2BV6 series.

Precautions for Roots unit selection

1. Understand the composition of the pumped gas. The gas contains no condensable vapor, no particulate dust, and no corrosion. When choosing a vacuum pump, you need to know the gas composition and choose the corresponding pump for the pumped gas. If the gas contains vapor, particles and corrosive gases, you should consider installing auxiliary equipment on the air inlet pipeline of the pump, such as condensers, dust collectors, etc.

2. The working pressure of the Roots vacuum unit should meet the ultimate vacuum and working pressure requirements of the vacuum equipment. For example, a vacuum drying process requires a working pressure of 10mmHg (absolute pressure), and the ultimate pressure of the selected vacuum pump should be at least 2 mmHg, preferably less than 1 mmHg. Usually the ultimate pressure of the pump is selected to be an order of magnitude higher than the working pressure of the vacuum equipment.

3. Correctly select the working point of the Roots vacuum unit. The normal working range of the Roots vacuum unit is the maximum suction pressure~ ultimate pressure × 5. Example: JZJ2B150-2.1 The normal working range of the Roots water ring vacuum unit is: 6000Pa~ 125 Pa, the working range is the normal working pressure range after the main pump is turned on, and the unit has the best efficiency within this working range.

4. The vacuum unit should be able to drain all the gas generated during the vacuum equipment process under its working pressure.

5. Select the appropriate unit configuration according to the actual working conditions. For example: the maximum pumping rate and ultimate pressure of the JZJ2B300-4.1 unit and the JZJ2B300-2.1 unit are the same, but the difference is that their working range and power consumption are different. The normal working range of the JZJ2B300-4.1 unit is 2000 Pa~ 125 Pa, while the normal working range of the JZJ2B300-2.1 unit is 5000 Pa~ 125 Pa. Obviously the normal working range of the JZJ2B300-2.1 unit is wider, but the power consumed is also larger. If it can be confirmed that the working pressure of the pumped system is < 2000 Pa, the JZJ2B300-4.1 unit should be preferred to save energy. However, if the unit is required to have a strong pre-pumping capacity for the system and the unit needs to work at a higher pressure for a long time, it is more appropriate to choose a JZJ2B300-2.1 unit with a larger front pump.
