Product introduction

2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping gas and water vapor. The suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). If it works under conditions close to the ultimate vacuum for a long time, a cavitation protection device should be set to protect the pump. When used as a compressor, its pressure reaches 0.26MPa (absolute pressure). As a new generation of energy-saving products, 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps will fully replace SK, 2SK series water ring vacuum pumps and W, WY, WL series reciprocating vacuum pumps with same-sex performance and many advantages.

Features

■ Motor direct connection design, easy to install and easy to maintain.

■ All mechanical seals are used as standard.

■ Anti-wear and corrosion resistance. All 2BV series are equipped with stainless steel impellers as standard, and all 2BV2 series are equipped with stainless steel discs/impellers. High strength, durable, and improved pump corrosion resistance.

■ Anti-cavitation, low maintenance. Optimized fluid structure design, with cavitation protection pipe interface, can eliminate cavitation sound and protect the pump while maximizing the suction effect. The unique flexible exhaust port design does not produce overcompression, ensuring that 2BV is more efficient within its performance range.

■ All use high-efficiency and energy-saving motors, the protection grade is IP54, IP55, and the insulation grade is F-class insulation.

■ All imported bearings from SKF or NSK are used.

■ 2BV series water ring vacuum pump can realize that all flexible seals are PTFE, which can greatly prolong the service life of the vacuum pump under harsh working conditions.

■ According to the corrosiveness of the medium, special materials can be provided: 304 and 316L stainless steel and other materials; according to customer needs, various sealing methods such as packing seal and mechanical seal can be provided.

■ According to the flammable and explosive characteristics of the contact gas, an explosion-proof motor can be used. Explosion-proof grade dIIBT4, motor protection grade IP55.

■ The mechanical seal adopts imported products, and the seal can be made of fluororubber or polytetrafluoroethylene.

■ 2BV series vacuum pump coaxial design is very suitable for vacuum filtration, vacuum distillation, vacuum disinfection, vacuum extrusion/molding, vacuum impregnation, water pump diversion, vacuum packaging, solvent recovery, food processing and other fields.
